In addition, it is sterilized by gamma radiation and fully EU certified. Panthera Liner black ink will hold the same colour when healed and is perfectly blended so it is not too dark or too light, making it the ideal consistency for outlining ink. This outlining ink will bring out a tattoo like no other. This ink comes in a 150ml (5oz).
