Provenance
The botanical species of eucalyptus is part of the Myrtaceae family which contains more than 600 subspecies.
Home of this fast-growing trees is Australia which holds the largest variety and volume of these plants.

Active ingredients
Eucalyptus leaves are widly used in many medicinal fields.
The extracted oil of these leaves has anticonvulsive traits but also prevents from groth of bacteria on skin and cooles it down in the same step. Some of the ingredients also are responsible for anti-inflammatory effects. Furthermore the scent of eucalyptus oil stimulates sense and helps to relax also on a psychological level.

Application during and after tattooing
Vaseline is used during tattooing to keep the skin supple and to remove the excess tattoo color easily and gently. It can also be used as After Care after. Our vaseline has pharmacopoeial quality and meets the requirements of the DAB. It is recommended for medical purposes.
