Rights and obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract (order) without giving a reason within 14 days.

The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller about the contract withdrawal via the “Withdrawal from contract form”, the link is on the online store website, by phone at +421 918 337 245, or by e-mail at the e-mail address order@prodak.eu.

The Buyer is obliged to send the items back or hand them over to the Seller immediately after withdrawing from the contract. When returning the items and goods by the transport company, the Buyer bears the transport costs.

Rights and obligations of the Seller  

Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the Seller is obliged without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the returned items to return to the consumer all payments received under or in connection with the contract, including shipping, delivery and postage and other costs and fees.
